		<description>Sadly it's a matter of a chip now in the cable, and a different form, I originally thought it was simply not a valid cable in the audio spot, but the new cable which tows 480p connects to the bottom vs. thru the headphones jack.</description>

		<description>my experience is that if you switch the colors of a standard a/v cable it'll work just fine...  i think it's red-&#62;white, white-&#62;yellow and yellow-&#62;red, but you may have to try some different combinations...

i use my camcorder's cable with a switcharound like that and it works just fine...
