So…. I am here at the apartment alive and well - still no Internet (Thursday!) but it’s all comming along.
Thursday sets a lot of things in motion, groceries, inet, furniture, etc. It will wrap up a big chunk of the move!

called (rare) and chatted with the customer about what was going on, they seemed to understand better spoken than email - calming down.
