SubscribeWell here we are now Wednesday, aka Crazy Day, aka Latest Night of the Post Office Year 
Tax day is a dreaded day indeed, I have in years past really cut it to the wire – but the last few years, I have been trying to get it done sooner – thankfully I finished this past weekend in prep for this week, so just saw the money drained from my personal account, but thankfully my paycheck should be Direct Deposited from work shortly, and it’s billing day so a few accounts will get a re-fill.
Mid-week though what does one do on the second day of his vacation? Veg-out. Okay so I’ll be honest, not 100% vegged out, but classic work week from pre-Day job era, worked on websites – and had a DVD running, listened to music as I coded, upgraded some services, which leaves me with Wed. wide open, of course after a relaxing evening, I am not sure what Wed. will bring as we are still under a dust advisory till noon, but the winds have come down from 25-30mph gusts to about 10mph, so not too shabby, but maybe a day trip up to Tehachapi, been a while since I have been that way, but who knows what tomorrow will bring – but I am going to make an effort to avoid the lazy day I had today, more moving about, and less sitting at a workstation (or so is my hope and prayer).
Keeping up my finances was one of my big goals I have been working towards, and I think I am doing a fair job, I have Cha-Ching setup, and it’s working great for everything except PayPal, which is easy to tally for a year @ Tax Time, but the two WAMU (aka Chase) accounts are a tad more tedious to track, so I have been going back and trying to tag everything so when I do a break down I can get the numbers quickly and easy for the 2009 taxes – so thus far 4months imported, tagging has begun, and it is looking good.
An update on Dad, he’s feeling better, still a tad sick to his stomach, nothing a little “Bond” can’t fix, going to head over there and see if he is feeling up to a pizza and movie lunch as part of my day I think, still leaves plenty of time to get some good shots in the afternoon as Sundown approaches – but always good to spend time with Dad – I do greatly appreciate the prayers for him, much appreciated, he feels horrible he cut short my trip, but I do think there is a reason it keeps getting stopped – maybe it’s to save up money to go visit Jon over in NZ
Anywhoo – that’s my update, nothing to show/report as of yet, but hopefully very soon I should have some pictures for you guys! Take care and have a great Fake Friday!
