Cooking!

So apparently I have picked up my cooking bug again, been a while – tonight it was Bean-Dip, one of my classics – its in cooking at the moment, and since work was amazed by the fact I can make brownies (and they were apparently good) the description of my bean-dip peaked some curiosities – so I have 2 containers of bean-dip in the fridge ready for work tomorrow, easily microwavable, but very simple dish in general, so should be pretty simple to handle.

Tonight I am planning to do some more baking, got all the makings for Snickerdoodles, oddly I remembered most of the recipe from memory while at Albertsons and got all the materials needed, so tasty cookies are on the way for tomorrow, but its been a nice change of pace – as much as I utilize computers, believe it or not I do like some time away from the glare of the screen, and the buzz of fans and blinking lights. :)

Next thing I do want to pick up again is more time behind the camera both video and still’s I would love to get some more people as models and really hone the art form of shooting, but sadly I think I have a long way to go and a few more lenses to pick up before I get some good people shots, but for now I am content just getting outdoors and taking pictures of nature.

Anywhoo – a fair day, got some work done on the Juniper SSG5 @ Work, got it setup with eth0 and eth1 as redundant internet connections – so pretty jazzed about that, some great community efforts to making it happen, but did a cold test before leaving work, disabled the cable, 60 seconds later (tada) the AT&T T1 kicked in, pretty jazzed about it, saves me having to do manual switch or worse over the A/B RJ45 switch box they had me get to originally make it work (shutter) – but that’s it, off to eat some tasty dip, then hopefully pass out again and make it in early. Night all.
