nail gun, AC at the office, but what’s for lunch?

First day this week I almost feel like ‘me’ again - had a lot on my mind, a lot on my plate, and a lot coming up. But this week did have it’s good points, got my mom a fun gift, the home improvement show tool she has been desiring, a Nail Gun - and apparently I picked a ‘awesome one’ it was durable and lightweight which were the two things I was looking for - magnesium body, good pressure (170psi) and well it looked cooler than others, and weighed only 2.1lbs! So it was definately a winner in my book.

Got paid the last of a debt a friend owed me, was in no hurry to have it paid off, but it was nice to finally put in a payment and have the ‘Amount Due:’ read 0.00 - I am sure it was nice for him too - but it did give me $220 extra in the budget this month, which helped pay for Mom’s Bday/Mom’s Day present - since my parents birthdays fall close to the parental holidays (mothers/fathers day) I tend to just combine the two on their birthday - makes for a funner gift

Doing a few project invoices today - gonna get paid a couple bucks by next week I hope - be nice to pad the buget again, and knock down the company card & personal cards a bit, but I also have some bids to write up - doing a wireless network for the gym, going to swing by the quote this afternoon - looks to be under 1k which ain’t bad, but I do need to confirm in the bid my hourly rate, since they did mention they may need assistance in other things as they are shooting for July 11th as their launch date for the new larger facility (definately should be fun) - and I have to get a bid in now that I have the last of the facts for Downhere - backup of 3GB of information added another 3 hours onto the backup process - not bad, but might snag a dual Xeon for them if I get the nod, and maybe shave some time off that vs. mix it into virtual hosters.

So much in my brain lately, so much to do - so little time… back to it!
