Well it was a interesting day - start to finish more high’s than lows, more good than bad, but overall a interesting day - if you look to the side > there is a pic of the guitar I got in the mail today - total suprise to me, just shows up and I am questioned as to why I bought a guitar (I play piano/trumpet … not guitar lol) but it is a awesome guitar, I’ll take more detailed photos later - but that is a basic shot for now.
Also got some good headway on various projects I am coding at the moment - not where I’d of liked them to be at the end of the day - but good progress, and it’s going to be easy to wrap up tomorrow - as over the weekend I have two website layouts to wrap up.
All in all - I am ready for bed, lol - some stuff to wrap up before crashing, but I am sooo ready.

Oi. Just non-stop as of late, and once again my sleep pattern is totally screwed up - thus why its 5am and I am still awake - but I am winding down - got a lot accomplished tonight on business and personal projects - just still a TON to go - and I need a break galore - however I am not sure at this point how “do-able” a full blown vacation is - servers lately have had mixed issues, most of a security nature, God is blessing though, lots of GOOD fixes and some new security which is helping some of the problems.
But for now I guess I just push ahead, maybe after taxes I’ll take a week “light” or something lol. Time will tell.
Ahh yes. I am alive (mostly) a big week is to come of code, calls, and possibly moving forward on the office space (Yay!) but to re-cap yesterday a bit more in greater detail….
Made it through alive - well at least I did Had a fun time tonight, had to scrape 2/3 of a sandwich off (the mayo & cheese piled pieces) but it was an okay sandwhich - i think a bit higher fat content at some level than I am used to as of late - but it was tasty.
So tomorrow is the day - my lil sis is getting married - which means as of around 11am-ish I will be the last single member of the family lol, but with the slew of people trying to set me up as of late - who knows - that may not last! But even if it does, tis all good, maybe one day I’ll have a girlfriend, but at this point I am in no real hurry - sure im 25 - no big.
Got online at the rehearsal dinner to work on some wedding ‘projects’ - left Crissy at the wheel of AIM - she wasn’t very talkative and didn’t want to share her name I believe she went by “that girl” lol or something like that - but she had fun we browsed through iTunes & iPhoto stuff and checked the weather (as they keep saying its gonna rain!) but it looks highly possible it won’t and we will have a mildly dryer wedding.
Went on a nice mile walk with the rents when I gotz home which was nice - helped work off some of the extra energy I had built up since I missed gym time today - but I may go do some treadmill time or bike time tomorrow AFTER the wedding stuff which would be nice - burn off some of the jitters from the day - but I do have to be up in around 7 hours roughly - so I should probably get wrapped up and head to bed so I at least have an hour or two of rest before a very big day!
More later im sure! But after this I get 1 day off - then its knee deep for a while - and I may be getting a real office again (one of the more later things) - but I do have a few projects pending and some to wrap up more as time goes on - but its all good! Thanks for the prayers - more stuff tomorrow - photos etc. must setup second Moblog shortly for wedding photos. *poof!*
Tonight I put the final touches on CMC - and the DNS is propigating nicely! So by morning most will be seeing the new CMC backend at work - which feels nice. It is still raw in some areas, but the bulk is done, the core of cores is completed - but as I imagine it will always be worked on, improved, re-coded in some areas, etc. but for now its awesome to see it at work!
Also another nice thing is that it gives CMC the ability to add additional authors into their backend and let them post vs. the stress go onto one central editor. So more contributing editors, but at the same time well managed so say a reviewer can post a review, but based upon their access it will go live or to the ‘Pending’ pile. Very fun stuff - but I still want to make a few enhancements to the editor over time, but for now - its working, and live.
Which leaves me only with two things before sleep - shower, journaling. So without further a-do, off I go!

Here I am at 2AM as usualy blogging away - why am I up? Oh only good news Getting CMC situated for the final tweaks and generations to get it ready to be live (Woohoo!) and moving things off another server -> new server. Was having a issue with a 2.3GB backup causing timeouts in a conversion script - so I shaved about 1GB off that (moved files out of the backup for manual moving) and got it down to 1.3GB and it’s moving good (thus far).
Things are good here though - been busy busy with a few projects getting put on the plate - still some server examinig I have to do on a project to see if its something we need to swap up before we dig into the bulk of the project - as well as a few things on the CMC end that must be fixed up over the coming weeks - but nothing as HUGE as the re-working of the content system.
Wedding next Saturday - should be fun - live pictures from the wedding to be uploaded as I can - that way family members who couldnt make it can join in the fun of the wedding - and if I can wing a WiFi connection at the church - then by all means we are going to do some videos and a TON of pictures. Already have a few SD memory cards cleared off so as I fill em up, I can keep shooting. Just wish I could of gotten a new camera - still might, considering going to the camera shop in town Tuesday and see what they have in stock.
Time will tell — well back to the server move goodness. Who knows I ma get to sleep before 3AM and actually be alive to goto church in the morning… time will tell.
