Indeed. Friday was good, but I am just happy it’s Saturday. Turkey is done at 11:45, Pre-T-Day Test Turkey #2. Mmmm.

Tonight one of the local stations was doing their “special” piece which was on lyposuction etc. I left it on waiting for it to be done so I could get the weather and was watching off and on as the article piece aired - well the laid was having a breast lift, and they showed the before with the black bar covering all the parts the FCC won’t allow local news to show, and as it cut to the other video, the black bar disappeared, and whammo - full front nudity. Felt bad for the husband of the lady as he was coming on next to say he supported his wife in this entire process - I don’t think he knew it flashing the entire local community on local TV.
Well back to safe TV, never seen any full frontal nudity on Kim Possible.

Been working on FlockHosting a bit more lately, a lot more new things to the standard plans, some upgrade options that I didn’t have before, new site design, new backend for the site so I can do management from anywhere and not have to have a slew of software to update with - good stuff - just really wanting to do a big push for a higher month to month income, granting my consulting lately has been the fuel of that, but just wanna get some bills paid off, and some money saved up, just wish bank savings accounts had a higher yield.
Anywhoo - slow day today, but nothing bad, just feel busy and yet not getting a lot done - but it’s all coming together slowly, so all in due time. More later I’m sure.

So tired today, good day yesterday, good hangout time, and I got a wedding present for Cory, must send it along with Jake (hint hint Jake)
Anywho - my morning was busy, so here at lunch I am doing a run down of my morning news sites, and noted “Linux.Plupii” oi. Another person trying to keep me from sleeping. A interesting little worm though, it says its for Linux, and yet 2 of the largest Anti-Virus folks released what appear to be patches for Windows. Odd.
The virus essientally searches out for outdated apps, and holes - I have a funny feeling this has been in the wild for a while, and just continues to evolve, as one of the scripts it looks for was what hit 2 servers about 2 months ago - just odd. I need to do a few security clean-ups it seems, but I really just want to take a nap. LoL.

Oi. last night me and dad were sitting in the family room talking, just had came home from the gym/helping him move a bath-tub, we both kept getting drips, well we looked up to see the fan dripping. No idea why.
So I thought “Dang, the roof is leaking from our cooler!” - we have a old skool swap cooler which has had minor drips before and we thought “it’s not a huge deal, just a few drips, i’ll drain it, and it’ll be fine” - well last night, it kept going and going like the energizer bunny - so I was a tad worried. I crashed out after saying a few prayers, for the roof, and my usuals, only to be awaken by the sound of dad hammering.
Turns out our hot-water line that goes across about 3/4 of the house, had leaks, not “a leak” but LEAKS, sever, many tiny holes, the pipe is over 40 years old, it was it’s time apparently. So the insalation was soaked, water was there, twas crazy. So me and dad worked on the problem today, and happy to report we survived, the roof and carpet are drying, dad made a new access hole in the family room (poor guy fell through the ceiling!) but we lived, tad scrapped, funny smelling, but alive and the house was a tad dryer because of it.
I finished my night up with a DVD/Video Card install at Rosie’s brother and sister-in-law’s house, got it installed, then was asked to stay for dinner with Rosie and her Sister in Law, tasty food, just wish I had more room, was stuffed already, but had a taquito, and some rice-a-roni with a glass of a fine Cranberry Juice (I think it was a 2005, a good year for Cranberry Juice)
and proceeded to sit and talk with them till her kids got home.
Twas fun, a good wrap up to a odd day, got to talk with Rosie a bit on the ride home, always enjoy talking, specially about things which aren’t business, don’t get me wrong, I enjoy computers and my job (usually) just I do like talking about life, day at work, past, present, future - so twas a good talk.
Now I have finished up some work I got drafted for tonight, and next it’s onto change my bandaid one last time before passing out for what I hope is the night - but time will tell, but tomorrow, it’s back to the grind, no more “my roof is leaking” excuses like I had today
Night All.
